What we keep

Team members: the email address or mobile number you sign in with, the name you set, when you were last active, and your direct-call history (who called whom, audio or video, start and end times, and the outcome).

Guests: only the name you type when joining a meeting, and a random cookie so you stay the same participant after a reload.

Audio, video and shared screens travel live through our server to the other participants. They are never recorded or stored. Remote control works the same way and only with the computer owner’s permission.

To prevent abuse, the server keeps IP addresses briefly and records them in technical logs.

What we don’t

There are no ads, trackers or third-party analytics, and we never sell your data or share it for advertising. We don’t read your contacts, location or files.

Who it is shared with

Sign-in codes are sent through our email server or the Melipayamak SMS service; they see only the address or number and the code.

If you sign in with Google, Google gives us only your verified email address. We read and keep nothing else from your Google account.

Participants in a meeting see each other’s names, audio and video. Team members see each other’s names and email or number in the contact list.

We may disclose data when the law requires it.

Android app permissions

Camera and microphone: only for meetings and calls you join.

Notifications and a foreground service: the “In a call” notification, so the microphone keeps working while the app is in the background.

Audio settings and Bluetooth: choosing the earpiece, speaker, headphones or a Bluetooth headset during a call.

Security and location

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS and WebRTC). Data is stored on our servers in Iran.

Retention and deletion

Accounts are created by a team admin. To delete your account and all your data (name and call history), email [email protected] or ask your team admin; it is deleted within 30 days. Otherwise call history is kept while you are on the team.

Children

LogaMeet is not designed for children under 13.
