Delete your LogaMeet account

LogaMeet accounts are created by your team or organisation admin. To have your account and data deleted:

  1. Email info@logameet.live from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my LogaMeet account”. If you sign in with a mobile number, write the number in the email.
  2. Your account and the data below are deleted within 30 days, and we tell you when it is done.
  3. Or ask your team admin to remove you from the team and send us the deletion request.

What is deleted

  • Your email address or mobile number, and your name
  • Your direct-call history
  • Your notification settings and linked channels
  • Computers you enrolled for remote control

What is kept

  • The log of sent notifications is kept for 30 days, then removed automatically. Server technical logs (which can include IP addresses) are kept only as long as needed to run and protect the service.
  • Audio and video are never recorded, so there is nothing of them to delete.
